Adv. Zabow is a partner at DNH and head the firms M&A and Technology practice. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, and technology and commercial transactions.

 

She has many years of experience representing companies in various industries in their cross-border business transactions and is noted for her good personal skills and proactive seeking of creative win-win solutions. She provides her clients with confident and close support in their key business matters using her mediation skills to mitigate conflicts.

 

She had more than ten years of business experience before studying law and her business experience (in the hi-tech and chemical industries) enables her to provide intelligent and practical legal counsel, taking into account the commercial goals of her clients.

 

She lectures on various matters relating to technology agreements (licensing, OEM, open source, etc.) and international transactions. She serves as a registered advisor on exporting and international tenders at the Israel Export Institute and is a member of the Israeli Bar’s Intellectual Property committee. 

 

 

From 2004 – 2011 Beverley worked at Goldfarb Seligman & Co. one of the largest and leading commercial law firm in Israel. She graduated cum laude in 2005 from Netanya College and has been a member of the Israeli Bar in good standing since June 2006.

 

Prior to her legal studies, she studied Economics and Statistics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and spent a number of years employed in a variety of business roles in the chemical and hi-tech industries.
